Until further notice, the Rustic Luxury office will be closed to clients and tenants. As we all do our part to flatten the curve and stop the spread of COVID-19, tenants are asked to use non-cash methods of providing rent payments. I can be reached by email and phone for any inquiries.
There are now three ways to pay your rent.
To pay via e-Transfer, send your payment to payments@rusticluxury.ca. This account is set up for autodeposit and no password is required.
Online rent payments are also accepted through the Buildium Portal.
Please make all cheques payable to Rustic Luxury Home Services. You may either mail cheques to us or leave them in the drop box at the office. The drop box is located by the office door and is strictly for rent cheques and documents only — no cash payments through the drop box. Please ensure your rental address and name are on all documents.
